Mushroom soup

4 sli Bacon (Chopped)
1⁄2 White Onion
1 1⁄5 lb Crimini mushrooms (Sliced)
2 clv Garlic (Minced)
4 T Butter
2 c Chicken Stock
24 oz Evaporated milk
1⁄2 c Heavy Cream
Instructions

Basically follow other recipe, except after pulling mushrooms out of pot: 

Add half of the butter along with the onions and garlic and cook into soft. Then add the rest of the butter and build roux.

Maybe deglaze with sherry before making roux? 

Definitely need to add some tarragon with the sage
